Nick Robson has been passionate about the benefits of indoor cycling as part of your fitness regime. He has been teaching and enthusing for over 7 years and focuses on heart rate zone training to ensure you get the maximum benefit from every minute in the studio!  
 
An experienced swimming, rugby and tug of war coach, he uses every one of his 30+ years of military experience to bring energy and enthusiasm to everyone on the bike. He prides himself on an eclectic mix within his playlists to ensure you don’t notice the time ticking away as you achieve top end calorie burn!
