CYCLE 45 

Our signature, passionately handcrafted spin class combines 45 minutes of the best music imaginable with an authentic, real spin workout. Our sophisticated bikes (Schwinn Carbon Blues) and Echelon2 Power Monitor plus MYZONE heart rate monitors (Which you can purchase at the reception desk) take your data and give you real time feedback so that you can track and measure your own progress as you go. Concentrate on your numbers or lose yourself in the music – either way you’ll get a fantastic, challenging workout which will leave you buzzing. You'll also receive a post class summary of your workout, so if you love stats or want to be able to track your progress in a fun, energised environment - this one is for you. And don't forget you can sync your workouts to MYZONE! BURN up to 600 calories whilst having fun! 
 
Our ambition is to help you develop a strong body, sharp mind and discover new levels of health and vitality by creating the perfect environment for a community to connect, share experiences and support each other. With a maximum of 18 in a class our cycling programme caters for all levels.  
 
We have also designed a Young at Heart cycling class, 45 mins in duration, that's 10 min warm up, 25 min work out and a 10 min cool down and stretch, this class is perfect for our over 60's. 
 

PILATES 

Is a system of exercises designed to strengthen the human mind and body. Pilates believed that mental and physical health are inter-related. The six key principles of Pilates are: concentration, control, catering, flow or efficiency of movement, precision and rhythm. Improve your posture, strength and flexibility with Pilates. 
 
With a maximum of 16 in a class our Pilates programme caters for all levels. 
 
Classes are taught by qualified instructors and last forty five minutes and one hour. 
 
 

BARRE PILATES 

The ballet based workout lifts, tones and sculpts you to perfection.  
 
Our barre classes are high intensity aerobic workouts to music with easy to follow choreography. Barre Zone classes are forty five minutes and one hour. 
 
 
 

YOGA 

The benefits of Yoga & Pilates can be found in Yoga, an exercise method of combining the strength of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga. 
 
The workout integrates yoga and pilates training using the mind-body connection and energy. Yoga may increase the ability to burn calories. When combined with proper nutrition, yoga can be used as part of a weight loss programme. Yogalates classes are fifty five to sixty mins.

BoxFit45 

BoxFit is an intense 45 minute cardiovascular workout that will leave you breathless!! (In a great way of course!) 
 
BoxFit teaches discipline, determination and co-ordination. Open to all levels, this class will start with the basics and push you to improve each session. You will be surprised as to how quickly your strength develops whilst burning hundreds of calories. 
 
Based on the training used for boxing, this class concentrates on drills, routines, footwork and abdominal workouts – don’t be surprised with the odd burpie!!! 
 
Expect to burn those calories and work up a sweat.
